The Office-bearers of the Association is the President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary and Treasurer.
There are four Executive Committee (EC) members who represent the four ICPA Regions and are responsible for coordinating ICPA activities in these four regions: North, West, South and East. The Institutional members of ICPA are also represented by a member in the EC.
The Office-bearers and EC members are elected by the AGM for a term of three years.
The Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India (CBCI) nominates an Ecclesiastical Advisor to ICPA for a period of three years. Currently Rt Rev. Bishop Henry D’Souza, Chairman, CBCI Commission for Social Communications, is the Ecclesiastical Advisor to the ICPA.
